HR Connection, human resources
consulting services, was established by Bonnie Salyer in 2005 primarily to assist small to medium size businesses
with their human resources with both common and complex human resources issues and projects. For larger employers,
we offer assistance with special projects, covering for leaves, or as interim HR.
Bonnie
has a B.S. degree in Business Administration/Human Resources Management from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. She is certified as
a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute. Prior to consulting,
she spent 12 years in human resources management as director and generalist with some of the top employers in the
Redding area. Her experience as a generalist and director includes all areas of human resources — Recruitment &
Selection, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, Management Coaching,
Employment & Labor Law Compliance, Health & Safety, Workers’ Compensation & Risk Management.
Bonnie
is an active member of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management), the Redding Chamber of Commerce, and the North Valley
Employer Advisory Council.
